Over 300 people gathered on April 9th at the First Baptist Church and tmarched to the General Assembly to make their demands clear to our representatives: No to Voter ID or any other policy that will suppress the vote! No to school vouchers and the deregulation of Charter Schools! No cuts to public education! No anti-worker and undemocratic amendments to our State Constitution! Yes to the Racial Justice Act! Yes to the Ella Baker Voter Empowerment Act!

Thousands of people gathered infront of the State Capital for the 7th annual Historic Thousands on Jones St. People's Assembly.
