I am a concerned parent and citizen of Morganton, NC in Burke County. We have a corrupt school board on our hands. I have already contacted the National NACCP by email. How do I report a complaint on the NC level? We have a board member who has sent out racist emails to other county employees and actually have copies of them. You can view them on youtube:

I am so upset at my government right now, because we are being told that there is no action we can take. There is no recall provision for NC school Boards. They just voted out a highly respected Superintendent, David Burleson, without cause. AND they refused to give the public their constitutional right to speak on his behalf at the meeting held to get rid of him. Please help our community. This is not us. We love our children, all of them. I cannot allow our community to be divided this way!

'We' Is the most important word in the social justice vocabulary. The issue is not what we can't do, but what we CAN do when we stand together. With an upsurge in racism/hate crimes, criminalization of young black males, insensitivity to the poor, educational genocide, and the moral/economic cost of a war, we must STAND together now like never before.'
